MCP-specific terms supplement
These terms describe B2B use, permissions, review, and anti-abuse requirements for the metabiz mCRM and ChatGPT / Claude MCP connection.
You must have lawful data-access and operational authority for the selected merchant. Using this MCP for operations covered by that authorization is the intended service use. Existing merchant service agreements, plans, and channel fees continue to govern. This MCP does not accept payment or purchase goods on your behalf.
You must confirm the operation target, channel, and complete content in the native review page. AI responses and proposals can be wrong; the data period, source coverage, and permissions affect results. Unapproved, expired, or mismatched proposals must not be executed. Provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery; check status and channel records when execution is uncertain.
You may not use the connection to access another merchant's data without authority, bypass review, impersonate an identity, or send messages without appropriate authorization. A connection or operation may be stopped when permission or anti-abuse requirements are violated.
