metabiz mCRM for ChatGPT / Claude
Provided by metabiz Co., Ltd.／用益網路科技股份有限公司, this integration lets Taiwan merchants query operational data under their existing mCRM permissions and prepare reviewable member and messaging operations.
Depending on merchant permissions, published tools, and integration settings, you can query members, orders, stores, RFM, tags, segments, and visible customer conversations. You can also prepare supported member tags, segments, text or LINE Flex templates, and LINE／SMS／App push operations.
Coverage is affected by OA authorization, source retention, and pagination; all conversations are not guaranteed to be available. MCP does not provide payment or purchasing.
A write or send operation first creates a specific proposal showing its target, channel, content, and review URL. The same operator reviews and approves it in metabiz before the selected ChatGPT or Claude platform calls the MCP to execute. Creating a proposal does not mean it was executed, and provider acceptance does not mean the recipient received it.
Approval is valid for 15 minutes. If the result is uncertain, check status and channel records before taking any further action; do not submit again blindly.
You need a valid mCRM merchant account and the applicable integration service. Third-party messaging or push services may be charged under existing merchant agreements; merchant plans and channel fees follow those agreements.
